RD(N) stands for Registered Dietitian (Nutritionist). This is a food and nutrition expert who has met rigorous academic and professional requirements, including earning a bachelor's degree, completing a supervised practice program, passing a national examination, and maintaining continuing education credits. The title "nutritionist" is less regulated. In many states, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, even without formal training or credentials. 


Services are available through in-home visits in the Los Angeles area or virtual appointments for out-of-state and international clients.


Insurance coverage varies. Please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage for nutrition counseling services. We can provide you with the necessary documentation for reimbursement.
